Welcome to Flexi Therapy. I’m Pavla, a certified and highly qualified mobile massage therapist based in Linlithgow, with over 13 years of experience in the massage and wellness industry. I bring professional massage treatments directly to you, so you can relax in the comfort of your own space.
Over the years, I have trained in physiotherapy techniques, remedial massage, deep tissue therapy, and other specialist approaches. In 2018, I began studying traditional Thai massage, travelling to Thailand to learn directly from experienced teachers. Since then, Thai massage has become a core part of my practice and one of my greatest passions.
